Please note that while our products ship from our warehouses in the US and Asia, delivery time is largely dependent on local postal services once they arrive in your destination country. WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. Additionally, we'll send you updates as your package moves across different regions.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email update with the subject line "A shipment from order #******* is on the way." This email will include your tracking number and other relevant information.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your order's progress on our tracking page
TRACKING NOT MOVING FOR TOO LONG?
Regarding the lack of movement in your order's tracking status, this can be due to various reasons such as delays within the courier's network, processing times at distribution centers, even just a simple lag in the tracking system updating, or customs inspection. This is normal, and we ask for your patience as it may take a few days to update.
However, if there are no tracking updates for 25 days, we will classify the item as lost in transit. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us at hello@seravalabs.com, and we'll be happy to assist you in processing a replacement.
MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we suggest starting by checking around your property, lobby, or mailroom. You might also consider asking your neighbors in case someone accepted the package on your behalf or if it was misdelivered.
We recommend waiting 1-2 business days to see if the carrier redelivers the package. If your package hasn't been found or redelivered after this time, please reach out directly to your local courier’s office to initiate a claim. You can easily file a claim with your local courier using your local tracking number. Once you've filed a claim, kindly await their response before contacting us.
Please note that SeravaLabs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure peace of mind, you might consider adding Insured Priority Shipping. If you have chosen this option, any theft or loss will be covered, and we will promptly issue a replacement if needed.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate and up-to-date. We make every effort to expedite the processing and shipping of your order, which leaves only a limited window for address corrections. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are not received due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Depending on the delivery address, you may need to pay additional duties and taxes before your order can be released from customs.
