To prove how much confidence we have in our products and the value they provide to you, we are offering a 60-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We ask that you try our product for at least 14 days before requesting a refund. This trial period allows your body to adapt to the product and experience its full benefits.

If after 14 days of use, you are still not satisfied with the product, please contact us at hello@seravalabs.com within 60 days of receiving your item. We will gladly refund the returned item.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in good condition suitable for evaluation, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to fill up theReturn Merchandise Authorizationform and send it together with the item. Pleasenote that when returning an item, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@seravalabs.com

Replacement

At SeravaLabs, we're dedicated to delivering top-notch products to our customers. However, we understand that occasionally, despite our best efforts, items may arrive damaged or with defects.

If you believe you've received a damaged product or your item has developed issues after a few uses, or if there's visible damage affecting functionality, don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@seravalabs.com.

When contacting us, please note that it is required to provide a picture or video highlighting the defect or damage. If your order is still within the guarantee period (60 days from the delivery date), we'll promptly arrange for a free replacement to ensure your satisfaction. It's important to note that you are not required to return the defective item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns

Once you have returned the item, please make sure to send us the tracking number together with the photo of the Return Merchandise Form (RMA) so that we can track the status of the returned item. After your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email confirming that your refund is being processed. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for your order. Please allow 7-10 business days or longer for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the returned item is marked delivered, please contact us at hello@seravalabs.com.

Cancellation

We prioritize the quick processing and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery. As a result, cancellations can only be accommodated if your order hasn't yet been prepared for shipping by our logistics team. Once the shipping process begins, it becomes challenging to halt it. Therefore, early notification is crucial for a seamless transaction.

Should you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 1 hour of placing your order at hello@seravalabs.com. We're committed to providing prompt assistance.

If we manage to intercept your order before shipping, we'll proceed with the cancellation and issue a full refund. However, if the shipment process has already started, you can still return the order to us.
